Within the framework of the goals included in Mongolia's long-term development policy "Vision-2050" approved by the State Khural of Mongolia, which is "to create the conditions to provide affordable housing that meets the need of families", we are pleased to cooperate with citizens and the private sectors, enterprises, foreign and domestic investors in support of multifaceted cooperation.

For this mission, we were established in 2015 with the function of providing housing for the target group of citizens of the capital. To this day, we have provided housing 11,000 citizens of 3,500 households of the target group of low and middle income, disabled and elderly in the capital to ensure the right of citizens to live in a clean and safe environment granted by the Constitution. We will further increase this number by reducing air, soil, and water pollutions in the capital city and provide a healthy and safe environment to live in. Our projects are successfully organized in terms of increasing the benefits of land management in the capital city, and then develop new residential areas and infrastructure, replace land with housing, rent and lease-owner housing.

 In order to deliver government services to the citizens with less hassle and stress, we are working on providing housing for the targeted groups by creating an e-housing database.

The “Capital City Housing Corporation” JSC of Ulaanbaatar, will work hard to make the city of Ulaanbaatar "pleasant to live in, environmentally friendly, and people-centered."
